Pronto Cafe
With 182 outlets in Japan, Pronto Cafe is widely accessible, which makes it a favourite collab partner for promotional sales. For the months of September to November 2022, the cafe chain will be offering Spy x Family food items and merch.
Of the numerous outlets, 9 will also have themed decor in stores for you to immerse yourself in the world of the anime series.
A variety of food choices for different times of the day
Pronto Cafe operates across 2 time frames – Cafe Time and Bar Time. While Cafe Time typically runs from 9am to 5.30pm and offers lighter food items with caffeinated drinks, Bar Time usually lasts from 5.30pm to 10pm and sells more-filling dishes alongside alcoholic beverages.

Cafe Time visitors can expect toast sets, cakes, salads, and spaghetti, with time-limited menu items that are refreshed every month. While awaiting the October-unique menu’s release, try out regular Cafe Time food items, which include Basil Chicken and Avocado Salad (¥825, ~USD5.70) and Asago Bread Set (¥484, ~USD3.35).

If you have the energy to dine out after work, partake in the Bar Time menu, which includes appetisers, spaghetti, pizzas, and fish and chips. There are also time-limited menu items that are refreshed every month.
To bide your time until the October-unique Bar Time menu drops, try their readily available Fish and Chips (¥748, ~USD5.17) and Shrimp and Avocado with Basil Sauce (¥880, ~USD6.08). Couple your food with soda or an alcoholic beverage for a more complete meal.
Spy x Family menu & merch collab
In collaboration with Spy x Family, Pronto Cafe is further expanding its menu to include limited–edition consumables and merch. This partnership occurs over 2 main stages – from 22nd September to 20th October 2022 and from 21st October to 13th November 2022 – at Pronto Cafe outlets nationwide.

With Part 1 of the special Spy x Family collab event in full swing, Pronto Cafe is selling 3 drinks, each inspired by a different Forger family member: Loid’s Disguise Fruit Citrus Tea (¥880, ~USD6.08), Anya’s Strawberry Chocolate Milk (¥935, ~USD6.46), and Yor’s Bright Red Fruit Juice (¥880, ~USD6.08).

According to Pronto Cafe, Loid’s drink was designed to emulate his undercover nature, and changes colour when mixed with a lemon. We can almost hear Anya excitedly exclaim, “Waku waku!” at the magical transformation.

To spice things up, Pronto Cafe will be giving a random coaster of Loid Forger, Yor Forger, Anya Forger, or a family picture of the Forgers for every drink purchase. Bring some company for higher chances of getting the full collection.

Come 21st October 2022, Pronto Cafe will switch out the 3 Forger family-themed drinks for another set, with more details to be announced mid-October via their official Spy x Family collab website.
Meanwhile, fans can enjoy the cafe’s Spy x Family pasta menu that’s available throughout both stages of the collab event. Pick from Twilight P Code Pasta, Princess Thorns Squid Ink Tomato Pasta, and Anya’s Peanut Beet Carbo Pasta, each priced at ¥1,320 (~USD9.12).

Similar to the drink set, each pasta order earns you a random Spy x Family-themed clear file. The files come in 6 designs: Loid Forger, Anya Forger, Yor Forger, a family photo of the 3 Forgers, and Anya’s toys.

Spy x Family merch is also up for sale till 13th November 2022. Currently on sale are a clear bottle with a design imprint of Anya’s toys (¥1,650, ~USD11.40), a free-sized T-shirt with the 3 Forgers’ silhouettes (¥2,750, ~USD19.01), and a tote bag (¥1,650, ~USD11.41).

When the Pronto Cafe x Spy x Family collab event Part 2 launches on 21st October 2022, more merch will be available. They include acrylic keychains (¥880, ~USD6.08), acrylic stands (¥935, ~USD6.46), sets of 3 stickers (¥660, ~USD4.56), and thermo mugs (¥2,200, ~USD15.21). Before purchasing them, note that the designs of the keychains, stands, and stickers are given out at random.

Spy x Family-themed decor in selected outlets
Food and merch aside, there’ll be Spy x Family decor in 9 outlets, namely the outlets at:
- Shibuya
- Yaechika Tokyo Station
- Kyoto Station Building Store
- Namba SkyO
- Sendai Aoba Street
- Amu Plaza Hakata
- Nagoya Station
- Sapporo Pole Town Store, and
- Kumamoto COCOSA
Spot some of Anya’s toys hiding in these shops as if they’re playing along with her usual Spy x Toys one-man show. To level up the immersive experience, Atsumi Tanezaki who voices Anya will be broadcasting in selected outlets from October 2022.

Currently, there are no details about which outlets will have the broadcasting event. However, the 9 outlets with Spy x Family decor are likely scheduled for the special event.
Spy x Family giveaways

In conjunction with the Spy x Family collab, Pronto Cafe has 2 ongoing merch giveaways – an international retweet campaign and a local picture-taking campaign.
To participate in the retweet campaign, simply follow the official accounts of Pronto Cafe and Spy x Family, then retweet this post by 12th October 2022, 1pm JST. 50 lucky fans stand to win an A3 poster of the 3 Forgers, and 20 stand to win a Spy x Family-themed pouch.

Lastly, upload a photo of any purchased Spy x Family collab menu item onto Twitter and with your desired prize’s hashtag. Applications close on 13th November 2022 at 11.59pm JST, and each prize is limited to 10 lucky winners.

Getting to Pronto Cafe
Pronto Cafe’s collab event with Spy x Family comes as a bonus for fans who’re awaiting the anime series’ Part 2 release on 1st October 2022.
You can conveniently choose to visit any of Pronto Cafe’s 182 outlets, but keep in mind that each outlet has different operating hours. One of the more accessible outlets is Pronto Shibuya, which is a 2-minute walk from Shibuya Station.
